Description:
Aviation Gin is medium-bodied yet weighty, with a lush, bold and ever-so-slightly sweet character. The 100% rye grain neutral spirit is distilled in a copper pot still with a daring mix of floral, spice, citrus and herb botanicals. The Cardamom, Coriander, Lavender, Anise Seed, Sasparilla, and dried orange peel are beautifully balanced with the Juniper Berry, with no one flavor dominating the palate. Aviation is excellent sipped on its own, but is extremely well-suited for mixing in an array of classic gin cocktails.
